Recipe: Avocado Toast

This delicious snack is easy to make and has lots of good fats and healthy fiber. For some added protein, you can even add a scrambled egg on top!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 slices Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
  • Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel seasoning
  • Goat cheese
  • Himalayan sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Pop the bread in the toaster and toast to your preference. While toasting, slice the avocado in half and mash slightly. Spread on the toast and add as much goat cheese as desired. Sprinkle with the seasoning and the sea salt.
