In addition to our holistic medicine and integrative medicine practitioners, the Center for Holistic Medicine support staff are a crucial part of the quality care we provide to our patients. Our friendly, supportive and dedicated support staff are here to help coordinate your care and make sure you have a positive experience before, during and after every visit. Whether you’re on the phone or visiting us for services or lab work, we’re dedicated to your wellbeing.

Susan Rosecrans, MHA, Director
Susan joined the Center in 2016 as our Director. She is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the Center, along with finance, operations and marketing.
Her role allows her to combine knowledge gained from past positions and experience with integrative medicine, both personally and professionally. Susan formerly held both strategic and operations management positions in the healthcare industry with Rush-Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center, Metlife Healthplans, Caremark and Pediatrust. In addition, she was an instructor at Rush University and Keller Graduate School of Management.
After an injury in 1999, she became a personal trainer and yoga instructor. She founded Bodies in Balance Fitness, which included a team of trainers and yoga and pilates instructors and was located in an integrative practice in Northbrook.
Susan received her BS from the University of Illinois and MHA from Washington University-St. Louis School of Medicine.
Evelina Drewka, Phlebotomist
Diana Islas, Office Manager
Diana joined the Center in 2007 at our front desk. She was promoted to Billing and Accounts Supervisor and then Office Manager. She previously held positions with Mount Sinai Medical Center, supervising the surgery department front desk services. Following her certification as a medical assistant from Westwood College, she worked in an applied kinesiology practice, where she first became familiar with alternative medicine.
Brisa Gomez, Patient Care Coordinator
Brisa, a Certified Nursing Assistant, has served at our front desk since 2014. She joined the Center from NorthShore University Health System, where she worked with the patient care team in the Orthopedic Medicine Department at Glenbrook Hospital.
Tanya Guevara, Patient Care Coordinator
Tanya is a Certified Medical Assistant from Everest University in Orlando, Florida. After completing her internship at Medi-Weight Loss Clinic, she was hired on staff, working with patients. Still in Florida, she worked for The Spa in Orlando. She then moved to the Chicago area and joined the Center. Tanya has interests in essential oils as well as natural beauty and homecare. She plans to pursue a career in physical therapy.
