Location: Sessions take place at the Center for Holistic Medicine at 240 Saunders Road, Riverwoods, Illinois 60015. We meet in to lower level, group room.

The in-person series is 8 weeks, beginning Tuesday, March 7, and we meet every Tuesday evening, from 6pm to 7:15pm. Drop-ins are welcome!
This group is centered in personal growth, education, and the enhancement of meaningful social connection. We will focus on cultivating essential zen habits, (feelings of peace, oneness, and enlightenment), along with practical application of spiritual and universal principles. Every group session will incorporate at least one somatic based therapy, (which connects a person’s mind and body–by way of breathing exercises, meditation, etc).

Rachel Beitler, MSWRachel Beitler is a social worker who helps clients let go of society’s expectations to lead a more meaningful existence and become the people they are truly meant to be.
