Join Bhante Sujatha, internationally known spiritual leader of the Blue Lotus Temple in Woodstock, IL, for this special meditation workshop at the Center for Holistic Medicine. The workshop will include guided meditation in loving-kindness, followed by silent meditation (following the breath), followed by a Dharma talk and discussion. Attendees may sit on a cushion on the floor, or in a chair.  We will have chairs available for this special evening with Bhante.
