This self-defense class blends the best of Krav Maga, Jiujitsu and Taekwond to improve your physiology and mental resilience.
Taught by Josh Willner of Sunny’s Martial Arts and Fitness.
Class runs on Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
$20 for one class or $150 for 10 classes.
