Join Dr. Jerry Gore, MD, clinical director of The Center for Holistic Medicine, for a free online discussion based on his blog, “Transforming Anxiety Into Fulfillment,” where he will discuss ways that you can feel more grounded and at peace and less anxious.

The discussion will build and expand on some of the points addressed before. Some of topics he will discuss will include:

• Taking life one day at a time
• Taking the next right step
• Taking each action with an open heart
• Having faith in life
• Using this time as an opportunity to grow
• Desensitization to our mortality
