Join Dr. Jerry Gore, MD, clinical director of The Center for Holistic Medicine, for a free online discussion based on his recent blog, “Transforming Anxiety Into Fulfillment,” on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. Central Time where he will discuss ways that you can feel more grounded and at peace and less anxious during quarantine.
Some of topics he will discuss will include:
- Taking life one day at a time
- Taking the next right step
- Taking each action with an open heart
- Having faith in life
- Using this time as an opportunity to grow
- Desensitization to our mortality
The discussion will build and expand on some of the points addressed before.
This discussion will be held via Zoom. It is free, but registration is required. All registered guests will receive a link to the Zoom meeting before the meeting begins. Registration for this discussion group closes by 10 a.m. Central Time on Monday, Feb. 8.
