Soula Souflakis is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who embraces the core values of empathy, warmth and compassion into her clinical practice. Her work with psychological and interpersonal challenges and people of all ages developed from varied experiences including residential group homes, therapeutic day school settings, and private practice.

Soula believes the most integral part of the therapeutic process is gaining awareness of the purpose behind our thought processes, feelings, reactions and behaviors; and also understanding where they are coming from. Collaboratively, you and Soula will get to the root of whatever challenges you are facing.

When it comes to therapeutic approach, Soula considers each individual as simply unique and ever-evolving. Therefore, a combination of treatment modalities are utilized, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic and Strength-Based Therapy. She also emphasizes on the significance nutrition and exercise have on the human
mind.

She is first generation Greek and fluent in the Greek language.
