Dr. Bisceglie joined The Center for Holistic Medicine in 2007, developing a practice in pain management through naprapathy along with accelerated healing with laser and light therapies and nutrition. He focuses his nutritional work on reversing "leaky gut" and other gastrointestinal disorders through natural methods. His naprapathic practice includes helping patients with painful soft tissue and fascia to heal and continue pain-free.
He began his career consulting in the business side of healthcare, managing projects for companies including G D Searle, Boots Pharmaceutical and Searle/Pharmacia. Once he had found his passion, he progressed toward helping others directly through non-pharmaceutical means.
Prior to joining CHM, he practiced at several medical and osteopathic groups as well as Advocate Health and Fitness Center Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Bisceglie received his Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Biological Science from the University of Illinois, and his Doctorate in Naprapathy from National College of Naprapathic Medicine in 2007. He holds certifications in Nutrition and Laser and Light Therapies. Dr. Bisceglie continues his career in teaching at Harper College and is a frequent speaker at workshops and expos around the Chicago area.
