Looking to add a little flavor to your fish? This recipe gives an added crunch to cod or any other mild white fish. Plus, the almond flour provides added healthy fats into your diet.
4 Tbsp. coconut oil
4 fish fillets of your choice
1 cup almond flour
Melt coconut oil in a shallow baking pan. In a flat dish, mix almond flour, salt pepper and paprika. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each fillet. Dip the fillet first in a beaten egg, then dredge in the almond flour mixture.
Place in the shallow baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees until browned and slightly crispy.
